Worry free planning!!!

Lauren Masarik made our trip on Royal Caribbean’s Icon so incredible! While booking and picking rooms she was able to help us pick the best rooms that were centrally located and not surrounded by anything that may make it too loud. After booking she reminded us when dinner & show bookings open, explain pros and cons of so much, explain why insurance was so important, advice on where to stay the night before sailing, reminded us and help us print out our RC luggage tags, ensured passports were all set, gave advice on what to pack and why, and just got excited with us for our trip! She was amazing through the whole process and we’ve already booked another trip with her. The internet and “self serve” is great but having someone who understands the travel and booking process who can give advice from experience made us feel so prepared that there were no hiccups. She made sure I knew if there were issues she was there to help no matter what it was. I won’t plan another trip without her especially because of the amazing price we got for this trip!
